Terms of Service
1. Service model
Smoovara provides independent consulting services for workflow automation, process design, and operational system implementation.
2. Engagement scope
Project scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees are defined in a separate written agreement. Any work outside the agreed scope requires separate approval.
3. Client responsibilities
Clients provide required access, data, and timely feedback. Delays in required inputs may affect timeline and delivery sequence.
4. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom deliverables are transferred to the client after full payment. Pre-existing tools, templates, and reusable know-how remain with Smoovara.
5. Limitation of liability
Services are provided on a best-effort basis. Smoovara is not liable for indirect, consequential, or third-party platform outages beyond direct control.
6. Confidentiality
Confidential information shared during projects is handled with reasonable care and used only for service delivery.
